Welcome to 1StopYachts Dubai. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Bookings & Payments

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full payment or a deposit of 50%. The balance must be paid 7 days before the trip or on the day of the trip.

Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via bank transfer, payment link, cash, or card. A 4% processing fee applies to all payment link transactions. (Note: Please be aware that international card payments may incur extra charges per bank regulations.)
Details Required: To confirm a booking, provide accurate guest details (name, contact information, booking preferences).

Additional Charges: A 5% VAT applies to the total amount.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Guest

As 1StopYachts acts as a booking agent, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the yacht owner/operator. The applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.

By the Yacht Owner / Operator

In the event a charter is cancelled by the yacht owner/operator due to weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund in accordance with the owner/operator’s terms and conditions.

Where a cancellation occurs for reasons outside of force majeure, any applicable refund or compensation will be determined by the yacht owner/operator and confirmed to the guest at the time of cancellation.
1StopYachts acts solely as a booking agent and is not liable for cancellations, refunds, or compensation beyond funds received from the yacht owner/operator.

3. Usage of the Yacht

Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the yacht’s licensed capacity. Exceeding capacity results in the trip being cancelled without a refund.
Behavior: Guests must behave respectfully toward the crew and other passengers. Unsafe or illegal conduct will result in termination without refund.
Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed for adults of legal drinking age; illegal substances are prohibited.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings. 1StopYachts is not liable for loss or damage.
Prohibited: Guests may not remove any objects or equipment from the yacht. Fines apply.

4. Crew Responsibilities

In accordance with UAE law, the crew’s duties are limited to yacht operation, passenger safety, and vessel maintenance.
Crew is not responsible for personal services beyond these duties.
Only the Company decides on the suitability and placement of decorations.

5. Safety & Activities

Guests must follow all instructions from the captain and crew.
Life jackets must be worn while cruising.
Children must be supervised at all times by adults.
The Company is not liable for injuries during water activities (swimming, fishing, parasailing, etc.).

6. Inclusions & Services

Charter fee includes: Licensed captain, at least one crew member, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, and fishing equipment (on fishing charters).
BBQ Service: Available on request. Guests must provide marinated meat, which the crew will cook and serve within the charter duration.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Charters may be rescheduled or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen technical or operational issues, as determined by the captain, harbour authorities, or yacht owner/operator.
In such circumstances, guests may be offered a reschedule or refund in accordance with the yacht owner/operator’s applicable terms and conditions.

8. Promotional Offers

Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated.
Promo codes must be applied at booking; they cannot be added later.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

12. Free Jet Ski Offer

The complimentary Jet Ski experience is available exclusively with yacht charters of a minimum duration of four (4) hours.
This offer is valid for one (1) Jet Ski only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Jet Ski is provided subject to availability and must be scheduled within the charter timeframe.
Fuel usage is included for a reasonable leisure period, as determined by the operator. Excessive usage may incur additional charges.
A valid passport or Emirates ID may be required by the Jet Ski operator prior to use.
All riders must comply with local maritime laws and safety regulations and follow instructions given by the operator at all times.
The complimentary Jet Ski is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
