Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 1StopYachts Dubai. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Bookings & Payments

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full payment or a deposit of 50%. The balance must be paid 7 days before the trip or on the day of the trip.
Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Bank transfer, payment link, cash, or card. Card payments are subject to a 3.5% charge.
Details Required: To confirm a booking, provide accurate guest details (name, contact information, booking preferences).
Additional Charges: A 5% VAT applies to the total amount.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Guest

Cancellations made 72+ hours before the booking date: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking date: No refund.
No-shows or intoxicated guests on arrival: No refund.

If canceled due to weather or technical issues, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
If canceled by the Owner for reasons other than force majeure, the Charterer is entitled to a refund plus liquidated damages:
- 30+ days before charter: 25% of Charter Fee.
- 14–30 days before charter: 35% of Charter Fee.
- 14 days or less: 50% of Charter Fee.
Refunds will only be made through the original payment method.

Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the yacht’s licensed capacity. Exceeding capacity cancels the trip without refund.
Behavior: Guests must behave respectfully toward the crew and other passengers. Unsafe or illegal conduct will result in termination without refund.
Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed for adults of legal drinking age; illegal substances are prohibited.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings. 1StopYachts is not liable for loss or damage.
Prohibited: Guests may not remove any objects or equipment from the yacht. Fines apply.

4. Crew Responsibilities

In accordance with UAE law, the crew’s duties are limited to yacht operation, passenger safety, and vessel maintenance.
Crew is not responsible for personal services beyond these duties.
Only the Company decides on the suitability and placement of decorations.

5. Safety & Activities

Guests must follow all instructions from the captain and crew.
Life jackets must be worn while cruising.
Children must be supervised at all times by adults.
The Company is not liable for injuries during water activities (swimming, fishing, parasailing, etc.).

6. Inclusions & Services

Charter fee includes: Licensed captain, at least one crew member, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, and fishing equipment (on fishing charters).
BBQ Service: Available on request. Guests must provide marinated meat, which the crew will cook and serve within the charter duration.
Towels: Not provided.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Trips may be rescheduled or canceled due to bad weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues.
In such cases, guests may reschedule or request a full refund.

Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
